Wellness Wednesday’s with Patti G.

We are so happy that you’ve signed up for the Passport to the World Club! This exciting culinary journey will give you an opportunity to learn about different cultures, cuisines and traditions from around the globe.

As an added bonus to the Passport program, you’ll have exclusive access to Wellness Wednesday’s!! Wellness classes include; plant-based cooking, creative arts & crafts, children’s yoga, breath work & mindfulness, personal best, and more! The goal is to provide you with information, tools, tips, and recipes that you can incorporate into your life to help you live a healthier lifestyle. 

Once you sign up for this option, you will receive the Happy & Healthy Journal and weekly Healthy & Happy Tips. There will be a drawing for prizes at the end of the program for those who attend at least 4 Wellness Wednesday classes.
